Second Land Development Application Submission
Based on community and staff comments, we have reduced the number of proposed housing units, increased the project open space and made specific commitments to affordable housing. Looking forward to the next round of comments.

Planning Commission Public Hearing
Our first presentation of our application to the Planning Commission. Following the hearing, we were recommended to advance to a public work session in October.

Planning Commission Work Session and Public Hearing
During this second of two meetings with the Planning Commission, we presented our revised application and received a 9-0 vote of approval!
